About

I am currently studying for an MA in International Relations with a specialist pathway in International Peacekeeping in the Politics and International Studies department at the University of Birmingham.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Biblical Studies and Theology which I gained through Mattersey Hall Christian College and Graduate School (accredited by the University of Wales) where I graduated top of the class.  My final year dissertation was entitled 'Emerging Hope: A Theological Response to Injustice, Especially as it Pertains to Conflict'.  It sought to construct a biblical/ethical lens through which the church can view engagement in conflict situations.

My current research interests include Multiculturalism and Political Theory; Religious Violence; Consociationalism; Post-Conflict Peace-building; Failed States; Utopianism and many more.
